Your information is used to run document extraction, deliver your login and account details, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Zyflox does not sell your personal data or your documents.
3. How we handle your documents
Documents you submit are processed by our OCR and AI models solely to extract the structured data you request. You control retention and can delete documents and their extracted data at any time from your dashboard.
4. Data security
We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256, enforce role-based access controls, and keep a full audit trail. Zyflox is SOC 2 Type II audited and HIPAA-ready.
5. Data residency
Depending on your plan, you can choose the region where your documents are processed and stored so you can meet local regulatory requirements.
