Terms of Service
The terms that govern your access to and use of the Zyflox AI document intelligence platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Zyflox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Zyflox on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. Use of the service
You may use Zyflox to process documents that you have the right to submit. You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Accounts and credentials
When you sign up, we email your login details, including a temporary password you should reset on first sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Usage above your plan's document limits may incur overage charges. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zyflox for unlawful purposes, to process documents you have no right to, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Zyflox available and accurate, but the service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Extraction results should be reviewed where accuracy is critical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYFLOX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
